Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses) and Canada from our online store. Please contact customer service at 1-800-883-8301 or by filling out the online inquiry form, if your shipping address is outside the contiguous United States or Canada.

The shipping fee is $15 per Putter. Delivery time: 5 working days. Please expect longer delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Status

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code of your shipment within two business days of completing your purchase. 

Satisfaction Guarantee & Return

The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will exchange it or issue a full money refund if the product is returned within 60 days of receipt. Please note, we cannot accept putters damaged due to irregular use.

You may return and send your purchase back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

• Your name and billing address
• The name, address and ZIP/ Postal code of the person who placed the order
• The original purchase price and date of the purchase
• Please be certain to insure the package

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is charged on total merchandize including shipping & handling fees for orders shipped to Washington State or Canada.
